BNSF and Soo

Here is one I wasn’t expecting sitting by Canadian Pacific tracks. This BNSF GE Dash9-44cw and a SOO EMD SD60. The Dash 9 is a 4,400 hp locomotive and the SD60 produces 3,800 hp. According to Wikipedia the SOO locomotive belongs to Capital Finance (CIT Group) but Canadian Pacific owns SOO from what I can tell. These were heading south towards Chicago and had a mixed freight that had five cars of Case New Holland tractors.
